Fallout: New Vegas is hardly going to be an expansion. It's a COMPLETELY different setting, completely different characters, different world, new enemies, etc. If you enjoyed Fallout 3, I think you'd make a mistake by NOT getting Fallout: New Vegas. It's going to be one of the few games, for me, that will give Mass Effect 2 a run for it's money for GOTY.
Even with a new setting and character models it is still not going to be much of a departure from the latest iterations of Fallout 3.
I don't have the money to get New Vegas... If I did, I probably would. But its just another Fallout, nothing new. Same engine as before.
Haha, wow. How am I biased exactly? I really, really want to know. Are you guys a little butt-hurt from me stating the truth or something? I'm sorry, if it makes you feel any better, I'll let you know that it's probably just a small rumor going around trying to stir up some heat. Don't take everything so seriously, you won't have to pay two fees. And I'm glad nobody gives a shit, I wouldn't want anyone to. I have absolutely nothing against the Xbox. As a matter of fact, I'm planning to own one by next year. So just chill the fuck out and get off my dick about it.
You are butthurt, because you had to take the time and call me biased for speaking my mind on something that's actually true.
Seriously Patriot, cut the shit. You too Ronan. Its a fucking opinion, just don't bring it up. It starts shit like this.
Ok so anyway... Does anybody know what the deal is with AC: Brotherhood? Is it an expansion/Halo ODST-style intermission or the third installment in the AC franchise?
I think its like the ODST style thing. I do not think its the third game in the trilogy. I believe the third game will take place in Egypt.
How is this a bad thing? Fallout 3 is arguably the best game released on this generation of consoles, you can't really go wrong by making a game that keeps things very similar. There's no real point in changing the engine either since it works really well.
It's like Assassin's Creed 2.5. It's not the final part of the trilogy, I think they're just completing Ezio's storyline to lead better in to the final part (which I personally think is going to take place largely in the present day, but that's a whole different topic). Plus, it introduces multiplayer to AC, and it looks quite awesome.
I'll definitely be getting Assassin's Creed. I just don't understand speed's fucking abbreviations. Nobody cares, CK.
