    still, slow something down 8 times and it's going to be a garbled mess. It will not sound as clear as this one does. hell, you slow something down to half speed, and it loses the keys that the notes are in.

    He said he used Paulstretch which offers "spectral smoothing" to make the tone less jagged. Probably explains the near-complete lack of distortion.

    Paulstretch is pretty awesome. Versions of it were used to stretch Beethoven's 9th symphony to 24 hours long back in 2002, which makes for a surreal experience! Look up 9beet stretch.
