Cho didn't create this situation, he just inherited it. On the flip side, it is now his job to deal with it. To quote an old cartoon show - you knew the job was dangerous when you took it!
I'd rather get nothing for him and let him stay in Europe. It'll be like a Brian Shaw situation where he'll screw us later way down the road or something in Miami in the Finals with a dagger 3.
The only trouble with your "perfect vision" for the team and how it was somehow mangled and mismanaged is that it the seeds for the trouble were planted over a year ago, when the (supposedly) beloved team architect, KP, was still at the controls.
The urgency to win now should have been a higher priority then instead of pissing people off and staying pat.
Yeah, well I've stated it all started trading by ZBO for less than zero and this cockamamie Imaginary Cap Space plan. KP still managed some overall good moves despite that though.
No, not at all. He's never recovered since being injured by Ariza or having back surgery. He's underperformed in the playoffs and failed to make the best of extended playing opportunities and has a problem with defense. I'd jump on a first round pick for him anytime after last season.
What was Quick right about? That he had these offers? He went to the radio because it made sense to tell the other GMs that he will not hold a fire-sale over Rudy. Quick has enough of a track record to take his "there was a deal for this" or "there was a deal for that" with a grain of salt... Not sure what deals were there, not sure what Cho wanted or wants for him, but I definitely am not ready to go to war over rumors spread by Quick... If you start a post to justify your position with "According to Quick" about rumors - don't be surprised if you are not taken seriously. Quick is not a reliable source of information, unfortunately. He gets it right about as often as anyone off the street would when asked "head or tail".
It is. That's why Andre Miller was brought in. That's why Camby was acquired. How much of this anger has to do with you owning a Rudy jersey?
Its not just the Rudy jersey (t-shirt) but I thought he could have been a good roleplayer on this team. oh well. I think Miller and Camby were fine. both short term solutions though.
Were talking about the trades that Quick reported that Cho turned down. Quick doesn't know what he turned down, or what other teams turned down as much as the next guy.
lol, but your angry that we hired Cho for your beloved KP. Its okay buddy, you'll get over it soon enough. Reality's a bitch sometimes.
