How far do you guys think you can get in basketball??? Like do you think youll be able to make HS Varsity, College, or even the NBA???Anyways I think the farthest I will get is starter on HS Varsity. I know overall I have enough skills to do that but I doubt I have the skills to take my game to the next level in college. First off is height. Im probably only gonna be around 5'11-6'1. Thats not to small except for the fact that the position I excel at is SG. Im also not very quick for my size so i cant use that to advantage. Next I just dont think my game is overall good enough for college.
Huh. Honestly, I think I will eventually play Varsity ball. I don't see myself getting any farther (except for the old man YMCA games). But, if things work out, I may be able to play for a local small town branch college around here. We have two that I know of, and one is just going to start a basketball team next year. So who knows, I might be able to play for them, a couple of guys from our school has made it to the other college to play.

To play college sports you seriously have to be really good! No matter what college you play at. Balla how old are you? And do u even play varsity basketball?
I have no idea. I have the shooting to play at any level..the HS coaches just pick the same kids every year, so its pointless to me. I'll be trying out for AAU later though..
I could start for a middle school girls team.BTW I am a sophmore about to be a junior in high school, and yes I am a guy.

Then they say if you fail a class you can't tryout, I get good grades and it pisses me off because all the kids who make it are failing.
You get to try out 1st in 6th grade, for the Middle School team. I figured not many 6th graders would make it, so I just skipped it, and played for my school team as usual. Then next year I try out and find out all the same kids made it from last year, and the same thing happend the year before..Its like, all the kids that tried out in 6th grade made the team, because they like didnt have enough people..so then they just keep the same guys forever..that better change in HS..
I dont think I will make it that far, I really didnt try hard enough younger. Plus making the distance in basketball isnt my #1 priority, if it was, maybe college if I really tried

Basketball is just casual for me. I will play with my school team through hs. Thats probably as far as I will go.

I am 5"7 and only 13 actually. The doctor said that I should be around 6"2. Please dont say im short, because thats a lie.

I'm pretty short 5'4" and 14. I think i'll be 5'10'' or so, also i'm not going to try to get past High School bball, not interested in making it a career.
