Djourou is expected to replace Koscilny beside Vermaelen.

Song and Denilson are back. Which one will start should depend on who has looked healthier in training this week. Hopefully Song.

No word yet on Cesc & RVP. Hopefully they are both good to go but this fixture is one they might not be needed in (knock on wood).

We should be able to beat them. Their manager just quit so their dressing room atmosphere must be really shit right now. Can't see us losing really. Djourou is a great defender, that Koscilny lad looked pretty shit last game and preseason too.

the first half was rather entertaining as well. Before Blackpool went down a man, They were counterattacking well.

Went to a pub in DC, great atmosphere. 40+ Arsenal fans in the building, got a couple of chants going. Only a few pics, all awful quality. Might upload them if it's worth my time.

I saw some of it. I forgot that ESPN3.com has the times in EST, not CST. So I was an hour late, whatever. Wasn't going to wake up at 9. =P It was hard to me to pay attention because I was so tired, but I watched 30 minutes.

    Arsenal 6 - 0 Blackpool

Should have been much more, but Arsenal really took the foot off the pedal, and were showboating a bit.

Blackpool were awful, possibly the worst defence I've ever seen in the EPL.

Diaby was given licence to get forward (unlike last match) so was playing CM rather than DM; but it was only Blackpool.

Walcott was great with three goals. Made runs both down the right flank, and cutting in. One of his best games for Arsenal. Then again, it was only Blackpool.

Rosicky played very well in the hole. Provided great service to the three players in front of him. However (yes, you guessed it), it was only Blackpool.

Is there some kind of mercy rule in the EPL? Where we can give Blackpool some money so they don't lose out financially, and send them back to the Championship to save them the embarrassment this season will be for them.

    They were that bad.

Rosicky was just as good against Liverpool. He has been our best player in the last couple of matches, pulling the strings like he used to do before his set of injuries. Hoping he'll pull a Robben.
