How do you think we will do? After almost DROPPING game two I am nervous. I don't think we will win this one, we will still win it in six but I don't think that this is one of them. Maybe I am wrong and we shock them but who knows.
I think it will be a very close game. The team that has the better bench in my opinion wins. As always I got to go with my Pistons in a 86-84 victory.
We suck. Tayshaun, Sheed, Ben, and what the hell is Delk even on our team for. Chauncey should of took over the game but he tried to get his teammates involved, who did absolutely nothing. Flip isn't looking good in the playoff's. Idk I know we should win but we just aren't playing like we want it. We need to get our act together or we may have a early exit from the playoffs.
Eh, I thought Miami tried more than we did. Our team made stupid descisions too, like not trying to get in the paint and gettin easy buckets like Miami was but no. We settled for jumpers, and sheed was only 3-9 from feild which pretty much tells u we lost.WE WILL WIN GAME 4. 89-82.
We played very bad. This is not the same Pistons team we are used to seeing. IDK why but they seem uninterested and play sloppy. Delk needed to get out of the ame the minute he stepped on the floor, IDK what pistonz4life was saying when he asked why he was on our team, but Lindsey should have been out there, maybe he is hurt? Rasheed was letting guys blow by him and just so he could try to get to the other side of the court for a fastbreak oppurtunity. Rip wasn't guarding Wade good at all, IDK why Tayshaun isn't out on him.If we don't pull our heads from our asses then this series is over.
guys we played so bad tonight. it was terrible. I actually stoped watching at half time beacause im sick of all the refs calls and the pistons not playing pistons basketball. This is the most disgusted ive ever been with these guys and i really just dont know if its worth my time anymore. I hope the pistons win but they probably wont because the league wants Wade and Shaq in the finals.so go pistons and i hope you guys realize that you are the defending eastern conference champs and start playing like it and not like the fricken bucks.
Why do you guys think you have the better bench? You obviously don't. A bench with Antonio McDyess, Lindsay Hunter, Maurice Evans, Dale Davis doesnt beat a bench with Derek Anderson, Gary Payton, Alonzo Mourning, and James Posey. As I said in the playoff thread, the Pistons have come out lackadaisical in this series and arent looking like the champs so far.
If we don't win game 4, the series is over. No way we can come back from down 3 games to 1, and beat a team with Shaq, Dwyane Wade, and arguably the best bench in the league.
^^ Sure we can.. if we are down 3-1. We just need to win 1 ROAD GAME in game 6. We have 5 and 7 at home..

Alright, so the Pistons just lost game three, and they are down two games to one in the series. Obviously, in my eyes, game four is a must win game for obvious reasons. You never want to go down three games to one, especially in the Eastern Conference Finals. However, although I never said anything, I expected a game three loss from the Pistons. When a team goes on the road for games three and four, game four is always the easier game to win in my eyes. Why? The reason is simple; game three is the first game at home in the series for the team without home court in that particular series. The crowd is always more into it game three, and the team knows that whether they are up or down 2-0, or tied at one, for the team at home in game three, it is virtually a must-win. If you are up 2-0, you want to basically lock up the series. If you are down 2-0, you can?t afford to lose another game, especially at home. If you are tied at one, you do not want to lose game three at home, where the other team can take back home court for the series, which would have been the case if the Pistons would?ve beaten the Heat. Now for game four, the crowd is generally less into it compared to game three, and the team is not as ?excited? to play at home. This can be a big difference in the game, especially if you are on the road and need to win. For this reason, I truly believe the Pistons will come out and win game four on the road and take the home court advantage back.
