Sebastien Loeb of France won his record eighth straight Rally Germany on Sunday to lead a sweep of the top three places for Citroen cars. Loeb led the rally from the start to finish and completed the 19 stages 51.3 seconds ahead of Spanish driver Dani Sordo.
