My aunt and uncle watched me for a week when I was little and they sent a pic of me reading a playboy to my parents. I guess they should have been arrested?
No. I mean my folks were observant Jews so we did get wine but not as infants and only a thimbleful. And all of turned out to be extremely light drinkers.
um, it is for people under 18. Holding a bong and not smoking weed out of it is actually what's not illegal.
For a few years, there were shops with hemp products and drug-related knicknacks, without selling actual drugs. This was when everyone thought drugs would be legalized in about 5 years. Everyone thought the government would give in to the will of the people, instead of wasting a trillion dollars on a whole new covert layer of government, hundreds of thousands of informers, a thousand new prisons and jails, etc. State laws put the shops out of business and made drug paraphernalia illegal around 1980. You don't know this because to avoid debate, they don't publicize unpopular laws. They just give you an insanely long prison sentence, destroy your life permanently, and say, "Ignorance of the law is no excuse."
That has always cracked me up. "For tobacco use only". But anyone that has ever tried to smoke tobacco out of a bong (I was a bored teenage stoner) knows that its way too harsh for taking bonghits. Unless you're already a heavy cig smoker maybe?
This reminds me of The soapbox derby up on Mt. Tabor a few weekends ago. People freely smoking weed around big crowds of people, including children.
