One thing I seriously don't get is why candidates on both sides don't just make ads showing the insane switching of "views" that the other candidate has. Or the idiotic things they've said that aren't true. The minute she actually has to answer questions, and can't just filter the questions she wants to get, she's going to sink like the Titanic. When you get flustered by being asked what newspapers you ask, you might be a bad candidate.
She's been studying policy and speaking to large crowds and getting people active. We all can think what we want of her, remembering her from her days as VP candidate, but I have a strong feeling she's going to be a strong candidate - for lack of anyone else.
That all might be true, but she's still saying nothing and not having to defend her opinions or answer questions that aren't loaded. Or having to speak about policy and not just catch phrases that have no meaning behind them.

She quit 2 years into her governorship. If she can't hack that, she's not presidential material (among other reasons). And anyway, people don't like quitters, and her opponent would hammer her with it. She has zero chance for that reason alone in a general election.
