    Looks like a man, probably a fisherman. Especially when you take it frame by frame.

    Nothing about it (size, shape, movement, territory) says Bigfoot.

    I've a flyfishing guide friend who's friends with the guide in the video (Caddis Fly Shop in Eugene). He claims that while this isn't an elaborate hoax, it's probably a regular homo sapien as the place where "Bigfoot" approaches the river is at a road access point that gets lots of foot traffic. He also claims to have looked at the vid in high def and seen what looks to be a baseball cap on Bigfoot's head.

    I just think that if there had been a gigantic hairy monster just off the river, they would have seen it... or smelled it because supposedly (har har) bigfoot is stinky.
