Iconic MMA-themed clothing brand TapouT has been sold to a Toronto-based LLC called Authentic Brands Group. ABG has also purchased Silver Star Casting Co. and Hitman, two other prominent brands. TapouT has as symbiotic relationship with the UFC and has long been one of the top sponsors for fighters. ABG plans to expand the brands by finding more distributors in North America and overseas, which hopefully directly leads to more sponsorships for fighters.
