Hey guys, Here we can discuss basic updates,news and such on here for the NJD(New Jersey Devils). I'll start a discussion,how does everyone feel about the Kovalchuk contract?
Re: The regular season thread I'll give my input,it was a good deal but to long in my opinion(others may differ from me here),a shorter contract would be better.But whats done is done.No use of crying over spilled milk now eh.
Re: The regular season thread Ah the Kovy Saga... I really don't care about the contract, the thing I was upset about was the NHL declining the contract. I personally don't think they have the right to step in and do something like that. Its up to the team and player on what type of contract they want to sign, how much and for how long.
Re: The regular season thread Quick suggestion, if your going to make a topic for each team, use their three letter abbriviation infront. Like for example "NJD: Regular Season Thread".
