<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>I read somewhere that his stats translated into the modern game would probably more around the 30 point per game range and the 15-20 boards per game (which is still amazing).</div>Welcome to the site! I read that also Jerry Wesy said that "He was the most unbelievable center to ever play the game in terms of domination and intimidation. There's no one that's ever played the game better than Wilt Chamberlain. This was a man for all ages."

Like I said, although his stats were bloated, they still would have been ridiculous. Some of those seasons he would have averaged at least a 30-20 in the modern era, which is just absolutely insane. I think the only player with the ability to pull that off currently might be Dwight Howard. Watch for a 30-30 game from him next year. He's such a badace.

Wilt's best example of dominance? People were knocking his passing ability, so in 1968, he led the league in assists.

Charlie Villanueva rookie season. 48 points, 8 rebounds :lol:Sorry, just had to. It is amazing for a big man to get 48 points, especially a rookie big man.

I agree with you there FO. Those are just some amazing stats by Hakeem. I wished we could see more like that nowadays. but, now it seems most players are built just for offensive purposes.
