Should the Blazers bring in Artis Gilmore?

I think you've hit on something very important here. Greg, with all his injuries, simply has not had time to work on the skills players typically work on during the off season. Perhaps the best thing for everyone involved is to finally give Greg a developmental period. Instead of rushing him back, hold him out for the first half of the season and make that his developmental season. Plus, it might increase the chances he might actually still be healthy for the playoffs.

 

I'm not quite willing to turn that page yet.
