Top seed Jarmila Groth secured a spot in the final of the Guangzhou International Women's Open after handing out a thrashing to Edina Gallovits. Groth needed only 38 minutes to defeat her Romanian opponent 6-0 6-1 in the semi-final at the Chinese tournament.
