Alla Kudryavtseva has won her first WTA Tour title, beating Elena Vesnina 6-4, 6-4 in an all-Russian final at the Tashkent Open. Seventh-seeded Kudryavtseva broke the fourth-seeded Vesnina in the seventh game of the first set. After an exchange of breaks midway through the second set, Kudryavtseva broke again in the seventh game and closed the match, firing an ace on the first of her two match points.
