Re: I know this doesn't have a lot to do with the Lakers but just an itch. Would you guys hate it if the Heat win the championship this year. A lot of other Laker fans I've talked to are split on this issue. Personally, I can say I won't care all that much, but what do you guys think?

Do you realize our team wouldn't have 3 rings without him??</div>Laker fans don't hate Shaq because of that, we hate him because basically -he was unwilling to take the offseason serious-he had surgery on the team's time -he blamed everyone else-he killed LA when he was leaving-he took shots at Jerry Buss-he consistently acted like a child and dissed LA even when he wasnt here-he took shots at Kobe, after no provacation by Kobe-he is constantly looked at as the "victim" of the Lakers breakup because of he is looked at as a funny, good guy in the media

Re: I know this doesn't have a lot to do with the Lakers C'mon... Shaq isn't even close as the Diesel, but he is still better than "Yao ming" standards right now. He'll do good. The Heat are dominating their series against a harder team than the Mavs are playing.
