Kevin Garnett, Lamar Odom, and Dirk Nowitzki are the three easiest answers. I can't think of anymore right now.

LeBron. Can easily play 3 positions.I could probably put him at the four and he would still succeed.

Boris Diaw definitely has to be one of the top. He can play SG/SF/PF/C.

He can play every position except Center and against some teams he can even play that.

Umm, you put Lamar above Dirk?I don't think so...I don't think Lamar can play the PG, and probably not the SG position either...Dirk can play C/PF/SF against every team...not just "some" teams.Maybe you're letting your Laker bias cloud your comments.

Lamar can play the 1 and 2 position. He can run the offense and can be played as a guard, I would say hes more versatile then Dirk.He can play any position except center really.

Yeah, Dirk is one of the best players in the NBA. But he isn't more versatile than Odom. Odom can do more things offensively and defensively. I'm not saying Odom is better, because he hasn't even proven he's better than Boris Diaw yet... But he has a better arsenal at his hand.

You said Odom can play center against "some" teams.I'm not saying Dirk is a great center...but he can play the position, and is getting much better in the low post, on both sides of the ball.I still don't see Odom as a PG. I mean, I'm sure he can pass the ball, so can Dirk, that doesn't make either of them a PG>

Odom can play every position except C. He has played PG before. He played some PG when he was on the Heat. He is a pretty good shooter and can drive to the lane without losing the ball so he can play SF and SG. He can also rebound pretty well and back down some people so he can play PF. KG can really only play PF and SF and maybe C. Same with Dirk. LeBron can play anything and he'll still be great even though putting him at C would be really stupid. and Diaw can play all 5 positions even though he'd be a lousy C. So my list is:DiawOdomLeBron

KG and Tim Duncan are two guys that come to mind. Both can shoot the jumpshot, defend players of any size, score in the post, score off the faceup, dribble, drive, etc. THey can play any position under any circumstance
