Word. Canjun chicken, white rice, cajun sauce, and sweet chili sauce. Simple. GRUB. I go to the one in Hillsboro, though.

I've never understood that. The Willamette curves like a son of a bitch right after Swan Island.

No. Not the Tavern, but I love that place as well. Skyline Restaurant is further down Skyline towards Portland.

Oh I completely understand. I lived the first 16 years of my life in NoPo. Doesn't mean I agree with it.

yeah, N. Portland is like a totally foreign concept to me, even though my mom worked there for a while and I used to go to U of Portland alot for basketball camp and other stuff as a kid. dunno, just seems out there. Do you remember Czaba's ribs? that place was good...gone now.

Another place I want to mention is Fandango over off Stark. Some of the best Mexican food I've had.

Another place, but its not really under the radar is The Screen Door over off E. Burnside. The lines can be long, but it is well worth it, my bro turned me onto that place and sometimes I'll even make special trips just to go get me some of their great southern food.

Another good place most have probably been to is Russell St. BBQ. Off the hook.

If so, I was probably referred there by either ABM or HCP.

Yeah I remember where that place was. Originally it was a Pietro's Pizza, now its a brew pub. My cousin lives like two blocks from there.

Esparza's is a great Tex Mex place with interesting decor. It's sort of a hole in the wall place.
