The way things have been going this week -- rainy -- one of the busiest people at the Ensure Classic at Rock Barn has been the Champions Tour on-site meteorologist, Willis Young. He travels with the tour to each stop and advises the tournament staffs on the weather conditions. And he issues the official forecast for each event. He especially focuses on potentially dangerous weather that might affect the safety of players and spectators. He uses on-site radar and computers to gauge approaching storms, lightning and changing weather patterns. Tournament staffs also use the information to set up courses for next-day play.
