Has anybody else been impressed with the chemistry the Heat showed in the playoffs? During the regular season they had alot of chemistry issues (Payton and Wade fighting for example)But during the playoffs they are all on the same page. Every player understands there role on this team. Posey,Payton, J-Will, Zo, Haslem, ect have all played there role to the T.

Yeah I am surprised as well. I didn't think Walker would fit in this well with the Heat and that the Heat were athletic enough to beat the Pistons. Dallas/Phoenix are even more athletic so if the Heat want to win it all they got a tough battle for them.

I'm pretty impressed too. I knew we'd come together sooner or later, but we just needed some more time, espeacially Walker, he looked out of place the whole season, but it all started coming together luckily, at the perfect time. Bulls gave us somewhat of a wake up call ever since then, we've been gelling well. It's really been a great year and looks like we'll be making the NBA finals for the first time in franchise history. I've been waiting a long time for this day. I really think this is our year.

I thought they'd crack by this point, but they've onlt gotten stronger. They are playing up to potential right now; which is like an NBA champion

There going to crack. Once wade decides he doesn't want to pass to shaq, Shaq's going to cry in the media and say he didn't recieve the ball [like last season].I called it.

If Miami starts losing, Shaq starts complaining.

If they lose, he'll probably blame wade even though Wade is the mvp of the team.

Shaq was blaming the coach (SVG at the time) for not getting the ball. Not Wade. Get your facts straight.

And realizes that Wade is his path back to the NBA finals.

Yea I've been. It's possibly the fact that they know they have to win and to do that you have to play like a team. The Heat did show some bumps in the road at the beginning of the season but that was probably because of new leadership and new personnel. Now Antoine Walker isn't jacking up too many shots, Shaq is playing like he did 5 years ago, and DWade is lighting it up.

lol Payton and Wade were fighting in the playoffs. Since Game 2 of the New Jersey series the Heat have just gone to a whole new level.

I think that going to game 6 against the Bulls and losing game 1 to the Nets made them realise that in order to win in the playoffs, they needed to play as a team. That is what made them play together and stop fighting

I've been impressed with the Heat, after their first series with Chicago I thought all of the egoes (shaq, wade, toine, payton, williams, posey) would start to collide and they did during one game that first series. With all of those egoes I just mentioned, comes talent as well. They have so much proven talent on this Miami Heat squad and everyone knew if they worked together well, which they are currently, they would do great. Hopefully for their sake they can keep that up and head to the finals.

Ok if this goes to a game 7, everyone tune into game 7 conference. Whoever loses is going to complain :lol:and yes, i'm suprised that a team with so many egoes can co-exist. If only shaq hadn't trashed the lakers, i'd be rooting for him.

Right now the Heat's team chemistry is just getting stronger and stronger. They just needed time to adapt to each other's games and now they are working together as a unit. Walker, Haslem, and JWill have all stepped up tremendously and finally have learned their roles on the team alongside DWade and Shaq. Even Walker finally doesn't look lost anymore as he did in the regular season and he's been producing greatly for the Heat's offense. I see the Heat doing big things in the future.
