Basically, you can be busted for possession of less than an ounce and it's just a $100 fine, paid like a traffic ticket. There's no victim in this crime, it should be completely decriminalized. Not that I use it or anything (I don't). It could and should be treated like alcohol, though. If you drive stoned and are reckless enough for a cop to stop you, it should be jail time. Also giving it to minors.
