Go search on google for a program called: WinRarWhen you download it, there is an option where you can join both .rar together.
Once you install WinRAR, just open up the .rar file, and choose the file you want to play or extract. If the second .rar file is in the same place, it should do it automatically (for example, if the file names are filename.rar.part01 and filename.rar.part02 or something similar).
