The UFC was always running the risk of having Jones lose or lose concentration by bringing him along so slowly.

So far the competition he's faced has been bad to average. Bader is a good challenge but not one that would tilt the scales against Jones in any way.

I think from the comments he made Jones was hoping to face Nogueira.

After this fight, should he win, there is no denying Jones a title eliminator with one of the top dogs--Couture, Machida, Franklin, Jackson, Griffin, or Evans (won't happen--training partners).

I like to see him fight Franklin or Jackson. Franklin because, I like watching Franklin get KO'ed and Jackson because I don't know if Jones can bully Jackson around and Rampage does have solid striking.

Rampage is too slow to hit Jones, IMO. He'll be able to dance in and out.

Couture would be put out to pasture, please don't do that to Randy.

Franklin--just not fair to Franklin. Enough with him being a gate keeper, give him a shot to move up in the division.

    Jones vs. Bader is perfect.
