According to the latest boxing news gossip, IBF super middleweight champion Lucian Bute (26-0, 21 KO’s) will be moving up to the light heavyweight division soon to campaign in that division instead of the super middleweight division. What this means is that Bute won’t be facing the winner of the Super Six tournament. Apparently, the tournament is taking too long to complete. Bute would like to fight WBC light heavyweight champion Jean Pascal, and that’s a fight that will likely be taking place in late 2011.
