It's not true. Tons of people thought Cousins was possibly the best player in this draft -- John Hollinger for one -- so your claims that you were somehow on an island proclaiming the virtues of Demarcus Cousins while everyone tried to take shots at you or ridicule you rings a little hollow. Most just think he's got red flags due to temperment/maturity issues. The book is still out.

Reasons not to envy the Kings:

    1. In two years they will be the Las Vegas Kings. (This is more a reason not to envy Kings fans - although I don't get the appeal of Vegas myself.)
    2. They are pretty much already the new JailBlazers.
    3. Cousins is Derrick Coleman II. Only without the hops. (Nobody ever denied that Coleman was absurdly talented and ridiculously strong.)
    4. Evans is not, repeat NOT a PG. And he's more than a little selfish. I don't think it was a simple injury that got him waived pretty much instantly from the US Olympic team.
    5. They have the worst color scheme in the league.
    6. We will continue to own them.

    Hello darkness, my old friend
I don't agree with that. The royal purple and black, with white and silver highlight colours, is pretty nice. I think they have a pretty poor team name and logo, though. It's hard to use any medieval/fantasy name and imagery and not have it look silly for a sports team, IMO.

I have to go with the Pacers in that category. If they were worth a crap as a team, the national media would be killing them. The past few years has been arrest after arrest for them.

My question is this - who is the kings backup behind Udrih and Evans in the backcourt? Cause I'm starting to consider a Miller for big man trade and they could be possible partners.

OK, this could be revoloutionary (sp?)! Andre Miller and Dante Cunningham for Francisco Garcia and Cal Landry. Take it or leave it...
