Bama falling out really shook things up with all of those 1st place votes flying all over the place.

Boise State cut into Oregon's lead on them by 10 pts. Oregon fell some more pts behind Ohio State as well. But then BSU and Ohio State beat their Vegas spreads against their scrubs, Oregon didn't cover against their scrub. So I suppose it's fitting.

It really is all going to come down to if Ohio State, Oregon, Nebraska or Oklahoma can survive their schedules and go undefeated. Otherwise we'll have one of these BSU/TCU scrubs against a real school in the National Championship for the first time.

Yeah.... maybe the Ducks didn't cover the spread because half the team was injured? Maybe? Possibly?

I remain hopeful for another Pac 10 title as my main rooting goal. Though National Title expectations will undoubtedly start growing exponentially in the fanbase, running the table is still a long shot. Capable opponents, injuries, and a errant bounce of the funny shaped ball could all rise up and derail that dream. WTD/One day at a time/don't put the cart before the horse etc etc.... it's going to take a whole lot of good luck to come out unscathed. Go Ducks!

Yeah, I'm sure the Alabama fans never thought SC would trip them up.

It's true - running the table in the Pac 10 is a daunting challenge.

I just keep hoping that BSU will trip up. I would love to see them try to play in a real division for a full season.

Hopefully the Ducks will be undefeated when they come to Corvallis on Dec 4th. It would be a perfect opportunity for payback.

I agree that that would become the biggest Civil War game in history. Especially if the Beavs keep winning and both teams roll into Reser undefeated in Pac-10 play.

But what Wheels said is abso-fucking-lutely what I have been thinking ever since Saturday. The only thing that gives me hope is that Nate Costa >>>>>>> Brady Leaf.

yeah I dont think I could handle that again. I seriously was depressed for a couple weeks. It hit me harder than game 7 of 2000 WCF's only cause I was 14 in 2000. I was old enough to be a hell of a lot more invested in a team in 2007.
