Penn State starting free safety Nick Sukay will miss the remainder of the season with a torn pectoral muscle suffered in Saturday's loss to Illinois. Nittany Lions coach Joe Paterno confirmed Sukay's departure and said the junior will undergo surgery this week. Sukay, a second-year starter, was injured on the opening kickoff against the Illini.
