Lee and Aldridge have the same DRtg for their careers. I agree it is a team oriented stat, Aldridge has played on much better defensive teams throughout his career. So to say that LaMarcus is a much better defender than Lee is wrong.
If the Blazers played the Warriors and Clippers 82 games a year, in Portland, they'd break the Bulls record of 72 wins! Well, probably not. They'd probably only win 50 games.
He is a Nate McMillan clone, obviously more athletic then Nate was, but same up in your face tough style!
I've been cautiously optimistic about his future ever since summer league myself. It'll be interesting to see if he develops a reliable jumper from beyond 15 feet and makes him a well rounded enough threat that you can't keep him off the court. In any case I don't think we'll see much of him unless we try to stream Stampede games this year.

Driving home from the game tonight I was listening to the radio and just before Jay Allen was going to interview Wesley Matthews, someone else was talking to Wesley and it sounded like the guy was questioning if he was faking the injury and saying he was soft! Wesley responded there is not one player in this league that would say I'm soft. I wonder who that guy was. What a loser.
