I was fine with going for 2 also. I wish they had planned it all along though. The timeout they took before the attempt let UW set their defense. Halahuni still should have made the catch though.
Agree on both... but UW probably would have called a timeout if we hurried up and lined up to go for 2. A small part of me wishes we had gone the safe route and kicked the extra point. There is so much on the line this year, unlike 8 years ago when we did the same thing.
I was blown away that they went for 2 like that. But the way Washington was moving the ball against them with ease down the stretch, I thought that was the way to go! At home, it's a different story though.
