    As a licensed Realtor, if you have the time, I would recommend selling your house on your own. It used to be that Realtors controlled access to information through the MLS. There are now plenty of public entities to get that information. Don't waste your money. Hold your own open houses, download your own documents, make your own brochures and do your own pricing research and negotiations.

    There's no magic to selling a house.
