In my dynasty im in my 10th year. I'm playing with the Charlotte Bobcats, i did the fantasy draft in the beginning. Heres my line-up.C - Chris Bosh 25.9 ppg, 10.6 rpgPF - Dwight Howard 18.3 ppg, 13.6 rpgSF - Carmelo Anthony 17.6 ppg, 8.3 rpg, 2.6 apgSG - Lebron James 21.4 ppg, 7.6 rpg, 4.1 apgPG - Sebastian Telfair 9.3 ppg, 4 apg, 2.3 spgI figured trade for all these guys before their ratings went up and it paid off. Right now i am 19-7.

    NBA 2k6
    Celtics (with trades/1 rookie draft)
    2nd year
    29 games per season
    playing on superstar

    roster

    C: Theo Ratliff (trade)/Kendrick Perkins/Dwayne Jones/Sergio Diaz (rookie)
    PF: Antoine Waker (trade)/Al Jefferson
SF: Paul Pierce/Ryan Gomes/Rodney White (FA signing)
SG: Tony Allen/Gerald Green/Thierry Silverstre (rookie, 70 overall, good shooter)
PG: Raymond Felton (trade)/Delonte West/Orien Greene

I'm currently 1-1, and Pierce is averaging like 27/4/4 on the season, Walker 17-18/7.

NBA Live is ok, but it's too cheesy/cartoonish/unrealistic. If you have a "scorer" or "high flyer" you could easily score 60 ppg with them, even if it's like Gerald Green.
