Who's the tallest person here, they might get to fill in for Pryz and Oden!

I'm 6'4 and I played center & power forward in high school so I'm confident I could anchor the center position for the Blazers.

Stay away from the rotund, height challenged guys and you'll be okay.

That would be 28% more than Oden.

Thanks to ABM for organizing it.

And thanks to Rich, Bobby Medina and Kaleb Canales for showing up and all the other Blazer employees. It was pretty awesome to see the whole facility, for the first time for me. I saw there were several others who'd been there before. But it was a great experience!

    Kind of a quick lowdown:
    - They took us straight to the practice courts, and divided us into a couple groups. One went with Medina and the other went to another strength/conditioning coach. Medina put us through some stretches. And then we switched sides and went through some usual basketball warm-up drills, running up and down the court, shuffling side-to-side, getting into defensive stances, etc.
    - Group photo time.
    - They then divided us into three groups. We went to Kaleb's group and he talked about his coaching experience, where he came from, etc.
    - The next group was into the workout room with Medina again, where he explained everything that goes on in there.
    - The third group involved going into the players' lounge, which was smaller than I thought it'd be. But it had a ping-pong table, leather seating, a big flat screen and video games. What else do you really need? Then we got a tour of the swimming pool, the training room, showers, etc.
    - Then we got to the actual Meet and Greet with Rich, who is a real good guy. Seemed very genuine, and very personable. They gave us free pizza, and they had a raffle for a signed Blazer pennant, basketball and LA's shoes.
    - And then finally, we got to see inside Rich Cho's office.

Again, thanks to the Blazers for putting this on.

Patrick and I had a blast as usual. He really loved running up and down the court. Coach Canales is his favorite now. The guy is beaming with confidence and really wants to be a head coach. Thanks to ABM and the Blazers for allowing us this opportunity. Oh, the pizza was delicious. I have never had flying pie pizza before. Now I am going to have to find one in Aloha.

Looks like fun! Had I known there were a few other kids there, I'd have brought mine since my wife is out of town for work.

    ABM - you rock!
