Roberta Vinci of Italy won the Luxembourg Open on Sunday, beating eighth-seeded Julia Goerges of Germany 6-3, 6-4. This was Vinci's third title on the tour, the others coming at Barcelona in 2009 and Bogota, Colombia, in 2007.
