Does anyone know why Dorell Wright didn't play last night against the Lakers on ESPN? The box says DNP Coach's Decision. I just can't imagine why Smart would keep him out, unless there's an issue I don't know about.

Also, Steph Curry has a sprained ankle, but I can't find a time table for his return. Will he be ready to start the opener on Wednesday?

Also, any updates or news on Udoh / Amundson?

Udoh still projected out until Jan but I've also read February. I think I read that he was out of his cast now but the rehab getting that wrist ligament reconnected takes FOREVER.

Even when he is cleared to play it'll probably take him a while to get on the court. Hes a rookie with no training camp, may not be in game shape, and unlike most years we actually have depth up front and he'll be behind Lee, Beans, Amundson, Adrien, etc.

Lou is expected to be out 6 weeks after having surgery on his finger:

Thats a pretty big blow as he was one of two relatively proven backups we had and projected as our main backup C. Jeff Adrien's role just got a lot bigger and B. Wright is going to have to last at least 6 weeks for us (lol @ this). Ultimately may be a good thing for him though because I believe he was battling some other injuries throughout TC.

Reports on Curry's sprained ankle aren't too bad. At first people were freaking out but reports said it was just a sprain. Also keep in mind Carney had been battling injuries and didn't play again last night. Not sure why Dorrell didn't play.

Wright was reported as day-to-day with a sore knee. (Carney also had a sore knee. Maybe they bumped knees in practice?) Likely isn't a big issue.

It sounds like a lot of injuries, but haven't seen Riley looking to pick up somebody.

    Yahoo has the following:
    PG - Curry, Lin
    SG - Ellis, Bell
    PF - Lee, BWright
    SF - DWright, Williams
    C - Biedrins, Gadzuric

Dahntay Jones is available and could be cut. Patrick Mills is expected to be cut. I think to add anyone we would have to cut Adrien or someone right?

Jones can really defend and hes a great athlete. Better player overall than Carney though Carney may be the better shooter. Not sure how Mills has translated to the NBA or if he'll be cut now that Jared Bayless was traded.
