I think Pinhead was a popular (as far as trolls go) troll. He loved Shaq beyond reason, if I remember correctly, on rec.sports.basketball.pro. Not sure if Pinhead was a political guy, though. Ed O.
I don't see what MIXUM did wrong in this thread. He posted legitimate links, at length, yet even mods like NateBishop and barfo personally addressed him, and not his posts. Clean this shit up, Ed. barfo set the bar low with his deletion of my post last week that actually addressed the topic at hand, and that was after he had a rough time in an OT thread in which I did not even post.
he doesn't know what he edited a couple hours after the fact. You think he's going to remember months back?
I tend not to PM unless someone has made a habit of breaking or skirting around rules. I honestly have no problem with someone making a "bad" post or two occasionally... we all do it. Sure. We all have a reasonably good time here in spite of some posters. Threads that people start all have potential for quality discussion, and when we focus on the basketball-related items the signal:noise ratio is much higher, irrespective of the starter of the thread. Ed O.

That's the beauty of his troll power. He is never "wrong" in one thread. He walks beautifully the ragged edge of being legal while also going out of his way to antagonize.

I never thought he was dumb. I still think it goes against the spirit of the forum when someone goes out of his way to antagonize plenty of people, but apparently the fine print is more important... it's a shame, really.
