What do you guys think will happen to Flip after his playoff disapointment??? Even though I dont feel he should be fired I think the Pistons will fire him. Hes getting to much heat for this though. Some of the blame should go to the players

Flip will not be gone. There will be 2 less Wallaces on our team next year and i thik you will see joe bring in a Super star to go with Billups and Prince (maybe rip also). I dont see Ben resigning with us so i think we try to pull a sign and trade and the one that ive heard is ben for Villanueava and the 1st pick. I would do that. you could then bring in Morrison and have the option of developing him behind rip or trading rip with rasheed for a player like KG. Now we look at the pistons starters for 2006 looking like this PG- Billups SG-Morrison SF- Prince PF- Dyess C-K. Garnett. of course we would not have a true center but that line up is as good as the Dwyane Wade and Shaq line up. Then on the bench you would have Villanueava, Evens, Johnson and Maxiel all getting playing time and developing. If that happend in teh off season i would be dissapointed in losing ben but i think it will be for the best if ben and the pistons part ways unless we can get Ben for a value deal. I definatly would not fire Flip

Morrison would not start over Rip, Rasheed is going to be a Piston aswell.Joe Dumars is a smart man, he'll find something to turn this franchise back in the right direction.

I think Morrison will be alot like Wally Szerbiack when he gets into the NBA, a good shooter, decent mid range game, terrible defense, not atheletic and not fast. Furthermore, i think that Morrison is WAY to slow to play shooting guard in the NBA like you have him at. Add to that, the Raptors would be pretty dumb to trade a first overall, and Villanueva for Ben Wallace, infact i think trading a young stud like Villanueva for Wallace straight up would be a dumb move. I think we will see the same thing that happened in Boston a few years ago with Grady Little. There will be so much media and fan pressure to fire Flip Saunders, that the Pistons will do it, even though they might not want to. The question would turn to though, what coach out there would be a good replacement for Saunders?

No way I want Morrison on Detroit. BCB's latest mock says Rudy Gay could go sixth, I'd like to see him in Detroit. But, if we trade Ben for Villanueva and the first pick, give me Tyrus Thomas or LaMarcus Aldrige. Tyrus may be a problem, because he is a PF along with Charlie and McDyess, but LaMarcus would be great. A PF/C type of player is exactly what we could need. Billups, Rip, and Prince can stay in Motown. We need a new backup point guard too. I hear Speedy Claxton is a free agent.....I'd look to trade Rasheed, Delk and a pick to next year for someone like Pau Gasol or Emeka Okafor. A young, already proven power forward that can score and defend.Pick 60 could be JP Batista. Give him a shot in Motown.PG: Billups, Claxton, HunterSG: Hamilton, Evans, DelfinoSF: Prince, MaxielPF: Emeka, McDyess, Johnson/BatistaC: Aldrige, VillanuevaHey, I can dream can't I? It seems too good to be true.

Well this year was a dissapointment, anything less than a championship would have been. But then again its only his first year so they might give Flip a chance next year.

All you guys are dreaming. I don't see much happening this off-season, maybe a Sheed trade or not signing Ben but the scenarios you got are out of this world.

There is no way Toronto is going to trade Charlie V. and the 1st pick for Ben, maybe a future 1 rounder but I still doubt this. They are not going to trade a 22 yr old who averaged 13 and 6 as a rookie for a 32 yr old who averaged 7 and 11 even if he is one of the best defensive players in the league, especially if that means trading a pick. I will be really surprised if Flip is fired.
