I say Dallas-Miamiwhy?because Pheonix has no inside presence without Stoudamirealso the heat could very well be able to run with pheonixthe mavs vs. the heat would be more entertainingespecially with Dirk playing well as i see it MAVS vs HEAT
Dallas-Miami. Just because I think it would be the more competitive series. Phoenix isnt ready for the NBA Finals yet.
Phoenix-Miami for obvious reasons. Miami won't run with Phoenix. Shaq is about 50 pounds too heavy to do so. And our defense won't be pathetic anymore with KT, yay! And with the exciting games the Suns have had this postseason it should be the most fun to watch. Wade vs. Raja would be a good match-up if Raja is healthy too...
Heat and Suns, simply because we have a better chance at beating them, rather than the Mavs who we match up terribly aginst. Halsem would get owned by Nowitzki, that matchup really scares me. Suns we don't match up to well aginst either, but Shaq will be able to really dominate aginst Diaw and who ever else Phoenix throws at him.
Shaq didn't do anything against Phoenix this year. Kurt Thomas did a decent job on him and Shaq just can't run with Phoenix. The Heat will still ahve a chance against us because they have Pat Riley and he may be able to do something to get Shaq to be more productive and the Suns are just bad at closing out series so it could be another Game 7.
Suns vs Heat. Suns are my favorite in the west and Heat are my favorite in the east. And it would be a very exciting series.
Suns vs Heat, because it would be such a fast, and exciting series. So many star players you would get too see face off: Nash, Marion, Wade, Shaq...It wont happen, but it would be awesome...
Mavs vs. Heat because the suns don't have the height to be able to bother Shaq and don't have shotblockers to contest Wade around the basket. Shaq would own the Suns more than any team this year if they meet. Phoenix would have to go with Kurt Thomas and won't be able to play their game.

It's Shaq that won't be able to play our game. He had more trouble with us than most teams this year. Wade going against a healthier Raja, great match-up. :happy0144:
Miami would be able to slow the game down with all the fouls Phoenix would have to do. I just don't know how Phoenix could get stops against Miami.
Why would Phoenix have to foul? They'd defend just like they do against any other team. Phoenix doesen't foul very much and if they can start out running Shaq will be worn out. And once we have Kurt back, he's one smart fella. Shaq will have a lot of offensive fouls. :happy0144: I'm really not worried about Shaq too much, I'm worried about Riley and the Suns inability to close out series. Those are the only things that would cause us to lose.
Miami-Suns. Just so the Heat can win. Haha.Well, really the Mavs. it is going to be interesting to see who guards Dirk on the defensive end. Will, not be easy for the Heat.
Shaq vs Phoenix: 2 games, 28 minutes, 11.5 points, 12.5 rebounds(yikes) and 0.5 blocks. I would expect his scoring to go up because it's the Finals but he won't be as dominant as he was against other teams and his minutes will be limited. He was able to play 10 more minutes per game against Detroit because they play slow.Games this seasonSuns 111 Heat 93Suns 107 Heat 98I know the Heat are better than before and that's why it should be an exciting 7-game series. Suns have home court though.
I change mine to the Suns. Because yes, it would be more exciting to watch. And I would really like a Canadian to bring home the chip. But I wouldn't mind it if the Heat won either because I like how DWade plays.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Suns vs Heat, because it would be such a fast, and exciting series.</div> So when did the Mavs slow down? I like Mavs/Heat because it would allow Shaq to be on the floor more and make for a better and competitve game. And no offense arizona but are you trying to make people pick Suns/Heat? Just allow people to post their opinions on what they want to see.
Not really. Just was trying to discourage people from thinking the Suns wouldn't have a chance because I think they'd have a better chance than I thought they would have against Dallas or even the Clippers. It doesen't matter anymore though. Congrats on the win.

And congrats on being a good fan, I should know witnessing this twice now, losing a big lead in a game 6 and going home. I look forward to the next Suns/Mavs meeting.
