Those topping the leaderboard are Americans John Cook, Larry Nelson, Mark Wiebe and Hale Irwin, along with Taiwan's Chien Soon Lu. A stroke back at 66 is another big group that includes Americans Gene Jones, Chip Beck, Keith Fergus, Dan Forsman, Russ Cochran, Steve Lowery, Mark Calcavecchia and Kirk Hanefeld.
