Sad. I'll never forget how he p**sed off Chocolate Thunder so bad.....dude ripped a toilet out of the MC locker-room bathroom stall. R.I.P. Luuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuke.
This is sad! Grew up idolizing him and then had the pleasure of working with him for a few years. What an unbelievably genuine, down to earth, nice guy! RIP brother!

He hated being called MO. I made the mistake once. I used to call Maurice Cheeks MO, and learned quickly that LUKE didn't like that!
Wasn't there a recent report that he was feeling better?! This is terrible news. My condolences to the family.
Terrible news. I've met Luke a couple of times and he was a great guy. He was a close friend of one of my close friends.
Actually his cancer had returned and he was very sick. My understanding was that he was planning to go to Cleveland for some type of alternative treatment. Unfortunately he never got the chance.
Fucking cancer. Wow, is that a hybrid Sports Illustrated slash Halloween curse or what? This really sucks. 58 is way too young. When I followed the team all over the country 2.5 years ago, I remember Luke and Jack shooting threes together before every game. I know he had been looking forward to working with Oden when we drafted him. RIP Luke.
