Man, the Lakers are killing the Warriors inside and with their defense. Kobe's doing it outside, handing out dimes and making plays. Lamar Odom has been dominant. Monta and DWright has kept the Warriors under 20 in the 3rd. Jeremy Lin played some minutes in the 3rd and played well, with energy and committed 5 fouls. I think he's better at PG than Reggie Dubz, but he's got to stop fouling, but maintain his energy level.

What happened with Lee? He did not score and he only played only 19 minutes. Did he get injured or benched?

Missed this game. Got our asses handed to us it looks like. Lin had up and down stats though and I saw a highlight video of him from this game is already up on youtube. Once he gets under control I think he can be a contributor.

Yeah not sure what is up with Lee. Seems like an enigma as he didn't do poorly against the Lakers last year. Only plus side of this game is it gives Curry several days off from an already tough road game and he'll be back Wed against a very winnable Grizz game @ Oracle and I'm calling it now but I think Lee has a big game.

    Like this quote by Lin:

Dude probably has a lot of pressure on him with all the hype but good to see him staying humble. Can't stand when guys showboat or anything when their teams are getting beat on. Nice to see him take pride in winning.

I saw parts of the game. David Lee was getting out muscled on every possession by either Gasol, Odom and Artest. Our bench kept jacking up jump shots after jump shots and were ugly brick shots most of the time. We really needed Curry on the floor because he helps by spreading the floor and provides a lot of chemistry for the team. I really feel bad for Lin because everyone is putting so much pressure and hype on him. I went to the game on Friday vs. the Clippers and everyone kept chanting his name and every time he touched the ball they would all cheer like he was a superstar already. If they continue to do that they might set him up to fail because they are expecting to much out of this guy. I am glad he didn't take the last shot vs the clippers and just ran the clock down because that would have made him look really bad and give writers something negative to write about.

The Grizz game can't come fast enough. It'll be interesting to see how this team performs on the road this season. There are a lot of brutal road trips and the schedule is distributed in such a way where it seems like every month the schedule is either lopsided completely toward home or road games. Playing at Oracle is a huge advantage for us and we've been very good at home in recent years. I think if we can consistently beat inferior teams on the road we'll contend for the playoffs because I think we'll be very solid at home.

I only saw the first part/quarter of the game before Halloween kicked in and I got busy. It was really sad, since the Warriors were all shooting from within 15 feet but the Lakers defense was too tough to even get an easy shot in. On the opposite end, the Lakers were pounding us inside like iLL piLL said. From the box score, we never caught up from that horrible first quarter.

Lee was acting like he ate too much Halloween candy. Well, the whole team was. First, I was wondering why Lee shaved off his goatee. It wasn't like he was dogging it, but the Lakers came out and beat up the Warriors on the glass. Once they got the huge lead in the 1Q, Monta, Dubz and Lee could not get them back in the game. Lee wasn't feeling it and contributing. The only bright spot was DWright. Monta ended up scoring, but it wasn't timely enough. Clearly, Smart and the Warriors will have to be better prepared against the bigger and better teams like the Lakers. They're going to come at them physical early if they watch the tapes of this game. AB may not be 100% yet either. I didn't think he was battling out there like before. When Lin came in the 3Q, it was Smart trying something else besides Reggie. I did like the way Lin kept the spacing on the Warriors, but he's not ready yet. We may need to get a backup PG. Oh, I liked the orange shoes. The Warriors will have to win if they're gonna keep wearing them.
