I’m a big fan of Jeff Sagarin’s rating system.

    http://www.usatoday.com/sports/sagarin/nba1011.htm

With the win over the Clips, he has the Blazers ranked #5 in the league. (3rd in the west.)

The team is ranked behind the Magic, Lakers, Nuggets, Celtics and Heat.

The Spurs, Mavs and Suns are right behind us.

The Blazers have played the 15th toughest schedule.
With a 2/0 record the team is currently on a pace to win 82 games.

    Go Blazers

With the win over the Knicks, the Blazers moved up to the #4 ranking in the league. (3rd in the west.)

The team is ranked behind the Lakers, Heat and Nuggets.

There is a bit of a gap in the scoring behind us, but the Magic, Suns(!) and Hornets are next in line.

The Blazers have now played the 12th toughest schedule.

With a 3/0 record the team is currently on a pace to win 82 games.

    Go Blazers

stats are misleading in this case. the knicks and suns are bottom half teams and the clippers might be the worst team in the league.

No they are not. Two home openers is no easy task.
