    So my wife REALLY wanted an Ipod touch. Got a 3rd generation 32 GB one for $195 Free Shipping. Someone warm me up to it.

    I went against my normal no to ebay with electronics rule as I was bit once before. But this one said it had a 60 day warranty with it, and it was a top rated seller, if that helps.

    I don't trust ebay.

    I like the touch. not my primary MP3 player. can't have entire collection on one anyway, its too big. lots of aps.

    I'm alittle worried. The one time I bought an actual electronic (Ipod 60 GB I think 3rd generation) it crapped out within 2 months and I was SOL. This one at least has a 60 day warranty :\
