    Crazy indeed. I've met Billy Jack back in his Portland Wrestling heyday. At the time, he was engaged to my neighbor (daughter of Portland Wrestling TV announcer). He used to come by and hang out in the neighborhood.

    It's just an anagram for "No reed tires"

    This thread is obviously an open discussion on banning tires made out of non recyclable reed material in southeast Asia.
