    Selling seats is always tougher when you're not competitive, but if they can somehow do a quick rebuild (which is easier if you don't have a lot of deadweight contracts) then hopefully it would only be a temporary dip.

    Getting rid of Oden would mean the end of the Roy-Aldridge era blazers IMO. There are no tradeable assets, except maybe Batum and the salary is tied up so they'd either need to build through the draft, which is hard since they're a fringe playoff seed or get a superstar, which is hard b/c we kind of missed the boat last time with the expirings. To me, all this reliance goes back to the ZBO trade and the whole "addition by subtraction" theory.
