This is least faith I have had in our team in 4 years. We haven't shown we can beat the good teams. New Orleans is hot. We didn't get to sleep till 3am. But I'll still watch. And yes, that looked like Gina Gershon.
Here's my pledge. I will watch this game unless the Hornets lead gets to 20, then I will allow myself to turn it off.
My TV just threatened to wrap its own cord around its base and "strangle" itself ... I promised we'd watch football tomorrow to make it up to it. We'll see if the truce lasts.
The one thing I don't much like is that it appears that this team is starting to not care ... they kind of look like somebody shot their dog and they are going to give up.
That's exactly what I'm seeing. Where's the fire? It's one thing to be tired, it's another to go through the motions.
I don't mean to sound like a certain doom and gloom poster, but this has been the most boring season for me in about 5 years, even the 21 win year was more interesting as we had a lotto pick coming. Are we really that jaded this quickly?
I should have predicted more of a point spread instead of 9. Looking at the box score, this looks awful.
