If we start winning again and move into the West's top 3 by January, could Miller make the All Star team, perhaps ahead of Westbrook and Nash? Obviously DWill and Paul will make the team. But with Roy out, this is now Miller's team and we will go as far as he can take us. Maybe this is Miller's year!

(trying to be positive in here)

Nope. It will be Paul, Williams, and probably Nash. Miller doesn't have a snowball's chance in hell of making the team.

Not a chance. Paul, Williams, Nash , Westbrook and Parker would all be picked ahead of Miller. And that's just the PGs.

But what if Miller starts averaging 15 ppg & 11 apg? I thinK he's capable of it given complete reigns of the team with so many talented targets to hit. I'm the biggest Andre Miller fan now. Just watch. With Roy gone, he will blossom before your eyes.

I've seen him holding back. Now he's gonna let loose. You'll see.

Nope, but if he starts averaging 20 ppg, 20 rpg and 15 apg he's got a shot. Of course, the fans will never vote him in (the fans NEVER vote for anyone without a shoe named after them), but the coaches will likely recognize that kind of production and vote him in as a reserve.

See how Miller dominated crunch time tonight? Coaches will pay attention to that.

Yep, Miller is a smart player who knows how to finish a game. But, those coaches also see Paul, Williams, Nash and Parker dominate crunch time on a nightly basis. All four of those guys, and Russell Westbrook (who also plays great defense - coaches notice that, too) all have better numbers than Miller.

Look, I'm a big Andre Miller fan, one of the few here that supported him from the start, but realistically, unless there are a whole lot of injuries, Andre Miller is not making the all-star team (and neither is Yi Jianlian).

Who cares about the All-Star game?

The only thing that matters is winning playoff series (plural).

Hopes and dreams? It's not like climbing a mountain or going through 4 years of college and 4 years of post-graduate work.

It can be solved with one phone call: 1-800-COMCAST

Must not be much of a hope or a dream if it's too difficult to do that. If they're too far out for Comcast to reach them, then they should feel glad that they chose to live so far from Portland and so far away from the Rose Garden. They've got it much better than someone who has to live in Portland with all of it's negativities and use Comcast.

Getting Comcast and being able to watch the Blazers is a small benefit one gets back from having to put up with Portland.

You can't have everything in life. There's trade-offs for everything.
