Working Out at the Gym

I don't do any of those.

 

I either sit there or walk to the drinking fountain and check out hot women.

I might jog a little on one of those machines I guess? Then talk to people. :]

 

Man, some guys are really sensitive about alittle sausage in their face.



Seriously though, my first task when getting to the gym is picking a locker that minimizes the possibilty of having a dong in my face. The one closest to the pay lockers is best since they are usually never used. Gives me an entire bench between me and any naked man. Underwear are always last piece of clothes off, shower, then first piece back on. If there is someone too close to my locker, I tell them I am not meat gazing while waiting and just giving them the courtesy of not sticking my schlong in their face. It is usually appreciated.

 

I had a friend that bowled league their and would pop into 24hr after 8pm. Have not been there for over a year now, but will keep it in mind.

 

I try to work another part of the body, like abs or calves. Should probably put some headphones on and rest more in between sets. Currently though most of the time I try to stay calm, recover, and get to my next set efficiently.

 

I'd use 2 scoops to start.

 

What gym do you all go to? I have a really nice Lifetime Fitness gym close to my work. Chose it over LA Fitness and Gold's Gym.

 

Club Sport. It's literally right next to the Blazers practice facility. I've seen Brandon Roy, Nicolas Batum, Kevin Pritchard, Steve Blake, Martell Webster and Jeff Pendergraph there. Pendergraph was there today, but he just had surgery last week and he was on crutches with his leg all wrapped up. He was there with his brother/friend. Some people said it was his brother but I'm not sure.

 

I go to Bally's. They sent me a membership offer for $99 for a year. Hard to pass that up. I wish it had a pool, but it's not a big deal.

 

99$ a year? That's brilliant.

 

24 hr fitness. Locked into the $20 per year for life plan and the wife is in for $40.

 

I'm not falling for that one!

 

$20 per YEAR? Wow.

I'm paying around $27 a month at 24hr. No processing or initiation fees when I signed up.

 

We have a gym here at school that is free for all the students, very nice big gym. Then their are some powerlifters and bodybuilders who own their own private gym in a warehouse, and I'm allowed to go there simply because I make them laugh.

 

WTF? I play 50$.

 

A small uppity gym in Vancouver called, "Lakeshore Athletic".

Milf's in spandex galore.

 

Talk to a salesperson. If you buy a plan, it usually works out to paying for three years in advance and then a very low fee every year. Not worried about them going out of business and have gotten my investment paid off many times over.

 

I probably know a few of those MILF's. A few of the moms in my son's kids group go there. I hear the pool is nice.
