I've lost close to 20 pounds during the last 2 months....primarily due to two things: (OK, three....counting the pending divorce.) 1) Portion control. (Basically, still eat what I want....just less of it.) 2) Brisk walking. About 3 miles, four or five times a week. I absolutely love walking! Totally hooked now. Anyone else?
I love walking on vacation and exploring but need to do it locally, especially rehabbing my Achillies I don't want to get into more intense cardio.
Dude, you don't actually have to walk to be a street walker. You might make more money if you just stand on the corner.
Good for you ABM. Keep it goin' man! I do the following as a means of exercise/fun: Soccer, Weight training, Cycling, Stair machine, Step machine, Tennis, running(not as much as I used to)
