Does Dennis Rodman deserve to be in the NBA Hall of Fame? I think he deserves it 100%. He was one of the hardest workers in NBA history hands down. He could go out and drink all night get 2 hours of sleep and still give you 110% come gametime. People talk about him leading the Chicago Bulls to 3 straight NBA championships. But look what he did in Detroit. He lead Detroit to 2 straight NBA championships as well. He was the best defensive player on one of the best defensive teams in history. Also, People forget he also lead the SA Spurs to the best record in the league and the Western Conference Finals in his short stint with them. He has always been a winner. In his FIRST season with the Bulls they improved 25 games, from 47 to an NBA record 72 wins. He is one of the best rebounders in HISTORY.Take a look at his crazy amount of accomplishments:NBA Champion (1989, '90, '96, '97, '98)NBA All-Defensive First Team (1989, '90, '91, '92, '93, '95, '96)NBA Defensive Player of the Year Award (1990, '91)NBA Top Rebounds-per-Game (1992, '93, '94, '95, '96, '97, '98)NBA Top Total Rebounds (1992, '93, '94, '98)NBA Top Offensive Rebounds (1991, '92, '93, '94, '96, '97)NBA Top Defensive Rebounds (1992, '94, '98)He really sobered up and is working hard to get back in the league. I am happy for him. I want him voted in the HOF.
I think he is a 1st ballot Hall of Famer. He is probably the greatest defensive player in league history, and IMO the best rebounder ever. He won championships with more than one team, and I think all of his accolades override his off the court antics.
I think he deserve also. Hes one of the greatest defenders ever. And they're not many HOFers because of defense.
Dennis Rodman is a genius. His popularity skyrocketed once he started dying his hair, Getting technical fouls, ect.The more he acted out the more people started to like him.
Dennis Rodman is the man...thank god he had that 8 inch growth spurt when he was 19....I love Rodman and I have 2 of his jersyes. He's the definition of 'wanting' it more than the person next to him.
as of overall for his carearthen YES he should be in the Hall of Fame but there are others that deserve it more than him that arent in the HOFbut dennis rodman is the mankicking that camraman was priceless(not kicking him but the look on the camera guy's face)LMAO

I also agree about him being in the HOF. Winning 5 championships, One of the best defensive players and One of the best rebounders in history gets my vote.

He was a great defensive player and a banger in the post, but one of the most notorious stat padders of all time.

He does all this crazy stuff just to be in the spotlight, that is what he loves. I would consider him a HOF though.

Ok, I think he will be. It's not hard to get into the NBA Hall of Fame. He will get it because he was an amazing rebounder and defensive player. Even though he is not the most attractive pick because of his offense, his rebounding numbers and defense will pull him through. Plus the ships dont hurt :happy0144:
I think he makes it because he was one of the first NBA players to effect games without scoringa point. You couldn't really say that for other great defenders, but Dennis ROdman, along with Ben Wallace have that ability to effect a game without touching the ball.

I've watched a lot of Rodman, and despite being a hardworking player, I dont think he should be a HOFer, because he really didnt impact the game, and that's what I consider the HOF for. Not that he isnt better then many players in the HOF, its just that the HOF should be more exclusive then it is. HOFers should be Icons, not people you have kind of heard of.

Most fans should know who I'm talking about. Anyways, yes he does deserve to be in the H.O.F. He was one of the best rebounders from in all of NBA history, no player from the 70's through most of the 90's was better than him at grabbing boards. He was one of the best at defense. He would be much better regarded if it wasn't for all his antics on and off the court. I respect this man as a basketball player very much. He was a crazy basketball workaholic.
